CNC Drilling EDM Series
Precision servo motors on X,Y,Z axes provide excellent stability during drilling.
Provide linear slideway and ballscrew ensure very accurate movements.
NC program G-code and DXF files could be directly read; Automatically finds the start cutting point and begins a fine hole drilling process.
Drilling capacity from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm diameter brass or copper electrode tubes.
Z axis auto reset and depth calculation.
The flushing medium used by this machine is distilled water - environment friendly.
Data could be input by USB, or transfer through RS232 transmission and network.
Direct and easy learning dialogue operation interface.
XYZ軸采用精密伺服電機(jī)，在打孔過程中提供了優(yōu)異的穩(wěn)定性。
配備直線導(dǎo)軌和滾柱絲桿以保證機(jī)械運(yùn)動的準(zhǔn)確性。
可以直接讀取NC程序、G代碼和DXF文件。能夠自動尋找初始孔點(diǎn)并開始鉆孔。
鉆孔直徑為0.2-3.0mm，使用黃銅或銅管電極。
Z軸自動復(fù)位和深度計算。
工作液為自來水，環(huán)保無污染。
可通過USB，RS232和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸入數(shù)據(jù)。
