防爆原理
將普通電器元件裝入一個(gè)充滿保護(hù)氣體的主腔內(nèi)，保證主
腔內(nèi)部保護(hù)氣體的壓力高于外部環(huán)境氣體，以免性混
合物進(jìn)入主腔，或保證足量的保護(hù)氣體通過使內(nèi)部的
性混合物的濃度降至下限以下，從而達(dá)到防爆的目的。
Explosion-protected principle
Put normal equipment components into a main chamber which
is filled with protective gas to ensure the pressure of the inner
protective gas is higher than the outer to pretect explosive mixture
from entering main chamber, or to ensure enough quantity
of protective gas so that the consistency of explosive mixture is
below the explosion limit to achieve the aim of explosion protection.

元件基本不受限制 ；
外殼采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼或不銹鋼板焊接成型，表面高壓靜電
噴塑；
結(jié)構(gòu)形式可為盤式、柜式、箱式、操作臺(tái)式；
按進(jìn)氣方式可分為正壓通風(fēng)型和正壓補(bǔ)償型 ；
正壓通風(fēng)型為不間斷連續(xù)供氣，正壓腔內(nèi)電器元件的工
作熱量可隨時(shí)帶走，具有良好的散熱功能 ；
正壓補(bǔ)償型為間斷性供氣，正壓腔具有良好的保壓密封
性能 ；
用戶須自給氣源( 凈化空氣或氮?dú)? ，氣源壓力為
0.4MPa～0.8MPa；通�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)的儀表氣源可滿足要求。
Features
It adopts the structure of main switchboard and assistant switchboard.
Main switchboard is the pressurized chamber, inside installed
the normal components and the needed ventilating system,
sense system and air pressure adjustment system; the inside
of assistant switchboard installed explosion-protected displaying
system, gas exchanging autocontrol system, alarming system,
power autoswitch system, in and out gas source joint and the
exterior in and out cable sealing device;
The pressurized chamber is able to install various common check
meters, analysis meter, display meter, monitor, microcomputer
feeling screen, high-power transducer and so on. The inside installed
components are normally without limit;
The shell adopts moulded high-quality carbon steel or stainless
steel with pressurized static plastic-sprayed surface;
The structure form includes meter panel、tank、box and operation
platform;
There are pressurized ventilation and pressurized compensation
entering types.
Pressurized ventilation type is of continuous air feed, and the
heat of the components in general cavity can be sent out which
provides good heat-disfusing function;
Pressurized compensation type is of discontinuous air feed, and it
has good pressure guarantee and sealing function;
The user must supply gas source (clean air or nitrogen gas),the
gas pressure is 0.4MPa～0.8Mpa; usual gas source is available

4、輸入氣源壓力為：0.4MPa～0.8MPa，凈化空氣或氮?dú)獾缺Ｗo(hù)氣體；
5、進(jìn)氣口：G1／2
6、換氣量：10～20m3/h
7、換氣時(shí)間：10～30min(由防爆檢測(cè)單位確定，Tp=5×V/Q Tp：換氣時(shí)間；V：主腔內(nèi)凈容量，Q：保護(hù)氣體流量；
8、耗氣量：2～8m3/h
9、功能指標(biāo)：
a、儀表電器供電前，按啟動(dòng)按鈕對(duì)主盤（柜、箱）內(nèi)剩余空氣進(jìn)行自動(dòng)換氣，換氣結(jié)束自動(dòng)維持正壓值為150Pa≤P＜350Pa，此時(shí)可向正壓柜主腔內(nèi)電器供電；
b、內(nèi)部正壓值P≥350Pa時(shí),自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣或開啟排氣閥；
c、內(nèi)部正壓值P＜150Pa時(shí),自動(dòng)補(bǔ)氣；
d、內(nèi)部正壓值P＜80Pa時(shí),自動(dòng)聲光報(bào)警；
e、內(nèi)部正壓值P＜50Pa時(shí),自動(dòng)切斷電源。
