銅鋅釬料Copper-zinc filler metals
使用說明 Operation Introduction
銅鋅合金釬料主要用于氣體火焰、高頻、電阻、爐中等釬焊方法，釬焊銅、銅合金以及鋼、鑄鐵、硬質(zhì)合金等。
釬焊前必須嚴(yán)格清除釬焊處及釬料表面的油污、氧化物等污物，釬焊接頭的最好間隙為0.025~0.1mm。釬焊時(shí)需要配合釬劑共同使用，方可獲得良好的釬縫。銅鋅半用氧——乙炔焰釬焊時(shí)，釬焊加熱時(shí)間力求最短。并避免過熱，以免釬料中鋅的蒸發(fā)和接頭處過分氧化而形成多孔釬縫。

The copper-zinc alloy filler metals are mainly adopted in the oxyfuel gas welding,high frequency welding,furnace welding,and used to braze the copper,copper alloy,steel,cast iron and hard alloy etc. Before brazing,you must clear away all dirt very well on the brazed place and on the surface of object to be brazed such as greasy dirt,oxide and so on.Thebest brazed joins space is between 0.025mm to 0.1mm.In order to get good braze,you need make up the right flux in the process of welding. Theheat time should be shortest as possible and be avoided overheat so as not to the evaporation of zinc and the over-oxidation in the joint where will be formed the braze with many holes when these products are brazed in the oxyfuel gas welding.

銅鋅釬料主要規(guī)格為￠1.2mm、￠1.6mm、￠2.0mm、￠2.5mm、￠3.0mm的焊條，亦可根據(jù)客戶要求生產(chǎn)成￠1.0mm以上的盤絲、焊環(huán)。
