YL-BZD型半自動(dòng)壓合式粘箱機(jī)，是近年來根據(jù)用戶中小訂單、異性紙箱的需要，最新研發(fā)的紙箱生產(chǎn)的新型環(huán)保設(shè)備。它體積小占地少，操作簡(jiǎn)單不需要經(jīng)驗(yàn)，非常適合小批量產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)和品種的更換；適用范圍廣，普通紙箱、異形彩盒單頁(yè)成型的粘合，雙片紙箱和天地蓋紙盒；節(jié)省膠水，膠水用量只相當(dāng)于手工涂膠的1/3；省人工，設(shè)備最高速度56米/分鐘，效率是手工操作的3-4倍；粘接牢固、整齊不溢膠，專利打磨去除UV光膜層，或覆膜塑料層等，提高膠水的粘接力，解除了紙箱廠在一些季節(jié)紙箱容易開膠的難題。本機(jī)由于采用手工收折，在提高效率的同時(shí)還適用于全自動(dòng)機(jī)不好加工的壓痕不正、特殊異性與紙面有開窗的制品。
本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)：機(jī)架、送紙工作臺(tái)、前段輸送裝置、打磨裝置、涂膠裝置、中段輸送裝置、中段壓合裝置、電氣控制裝置。

6.整機(jī)均選用臺(tái)灣馬達(dá)，低噪音、環(huán)保、節(jié)能低耗。

九、整機(jī)鋼材選用The steel chooses
整機(jī)機(jī)架，工字鋼、槽鋼、厚壁方管、厚壁鋼板、墻板等就采用優(yōu)質(zhì)Q235-A鋼材。焊接處均采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)連續(xù)不間斷焊接技術(shù)。所有軸類零部件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)45號(hào)鋼材調(diào)制處理加工而成。
