RTN系列料倉(cāng)稱重控制系統(tǒng)是對(duì)各種固體料倉(cāng)、料罐、液體罐等物料實(shí)行連續(xù)稱重、控制的計(jì)量設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、水泥、化工、煤炭、礦山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、糧食、化肥、飼料、港口、電力、焦化、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。
RTN series hopper weighing control system is suitable for various solid hopper, tank, tank of liquid materials such as carrying out continuous weighing, control of the metering equipment. 工作原理Working Principle
來(lái)自料倉(cāng)內(nèi)物料的重量信號(hào)傳送到微處理控制器，自動(dòng)計(jì)算出物料實(shí)際重量或倉(cāng)內(nèi)高度。將物料重量或高度變換出4-20MA的變送信號(hào)�？梢栽O(shè)置物料的上限值和下限值，控制給料設(shè)備和出料設(shè)備，使實(shí)際物料保持在設(shè)置范圍內(nèi)。
The weight signal is transmitted from the hopper material into the micro processing controller, automatically calculate the material actual weight or cabin altitude. The material weight or height transform 4-20MA transmission signal. You can set the material of the upper and lower limit values, control the feeding device and the discharge device, so that the actual material remains in the set range.
